With the increase in popularity of BFR as a training tool, there has also been a subsequent increase in both research and practical application to occlusion training. I feel that the increase in academic research has given confidence to athletes and coaches to explore more innovative ways to utilise BFR in the training environment.
So I wanted to provide a platform to share with everyone both the academic and practical side of Blood Flow Restriction training in an audio podcast format called BFR Radio.
BFR Radio is a podcast focusing on providing regular updates in research as well as connecting with users of Blood Flow Restriction training. So if you are using BFR and would like to share what you are doing please contact me to get on board.
Once my first podcast is finalised it will be up on iTunes so stay tuned.
