Next week I will be in Perth and will be putting on a BFR workshop. Its short notice but I wanted to take advantage of my time in Perth.
If you’ve wanted to know more about BFR, this is your opportunity to learn about how it works and how you can incorporate it into your own training.
It is a 2 hour workshop and by the end of the course, you will learn:
- How and why BFR works
- The benefits of BFR across a spectrum of different athletics abilities including, general population, injury rehabilitation and elite athletes
- Discuss the indications and contraindications of BFR training
- The safe and effective placement of BFR cuffs
- How to include BFR into your own training (or that of your clients).
This workshop will be a mix of theory and practical so if you want to know more about BFR, this will be a great opportunity to see and experience first-hand how BFR can benefit you.
